Y'all need to move to earthquake country here in Northern California. (My house is 500 yards from the surface rupture of a major fault - last major quake in 1969.)

It's warm, sunny, and I had to wash the pollen off my windshield before I could drive this morning. The "ever-blooming" acacia is out with yellow clouds of allergy-inducing flowers.

Yoli sorry about your bum! I do wish you a quick recovery from the pain.

Here in central Ohio we have had ice, rain, sleet and snow in that order. While driving down the road you pick the ruts you want to drive in and let them steer the car. The snow and ice scrapes the bottom of your car as you travel down the road. Of course you do have to plan your stops. If you brake too fast you are through the intersection before you know it.

As difficult as it is driving I have one question; why are so many idiots still talking on their cell phones? People hang up and drive, now is not the time to multi-task.

ROFL!

Sorry about your hiney, though!

Paolito,

I told my Dad, (the Spaniard with a fetish for American Military History) about this thread. I did NOT tell him WHERE this thread is, though!😄

Naturally, he came to the defense of the South and sent this.

He wanted me to point out that the WAVING flag early in the vid is the true "Stars and Bars" because the Battle Flag so often seen has been erroneously called that. Good Old Obsessed-With- Accuracy Dad!

Of course, if the Civil War were to rekindle both Dad and I would somehow join BG, himself a Gentleman Of The South, in defending The Union. Dad is oriented toward the Artillery but I wanna be in the Cavalry. (Why walk when you can ride?)

After all, I'm pretty good with horses. Saber? Sure! Great for whacking off some "Souvenirs"🙄

Yoli
