Attention!: What is being described here and in the previous thread is typical of a post-modern world where cultures of people and ideologies from distant parts of the globe mix. All nations in the world are doing these kinds of things and as it continues we will eventually, with faultering steps, arrive at an understanding that all of us exist and co-habitate the same planet.
