And as for stupidity, that's the point of removing his genes from the gene pool.

There are far too many laws because of STUPIDITY, and too many people too far removed from the FOOD chain. This makes for an bad time. If you go hiking in the mountians of CA. USA you just may become food for a Mountian Lion. Because PETA got hunting with dogs banned (one of the reasons and going out alone is another).

I can rant all day.... Just like the cycle rides I saw this last week end (Seatle to Portland race) One got hit, I could gess he pull out into the tracfic lane in front of a car going 55. I even had one run the red light! Then they want more laws to make it safer???? 💡

No, Dave, not always.

Sawing off the barrell of a shotgun will make the spread of the buckshot different. The rule is the shorter the barrell the sooner the buckshot spreads after it gets out of the barrell.

Shotguns with the pellets known as "buckshot" have differing spread factors according to lots of variables, but they are only sawed off for one purpose. That purpose is to kill, usually people, at close range.

OF course, they do become easier to conceal, but if you want to carry a concealed weapon my choice would be a 9mm baretta. 15 shot clip and one in the chamber. Of course, carring a semi-automatic around with a chambered round is asking to have it discharge at the most inappropriate moment.

The easiest gun to conceal that has any stopping power at all has always been and will probably always be a 38 snub-nosed special. They are only 5 or 6 shot. They will not go off unless you keep them cocked, even if you drop them. They are a great little piece. Something like that little blonde back in the 8th grade...

Mine has a hair-trigger and goes off accidently all the time ... oh wait, you're talking about guns here.

I should saw mine off and see if I get a better spread.
