in search for a story

hello everyone, I am seeking a story, which I read here some weeks or monthes ago. It is about a man, who does his neighbor a favour in taking the neighbors dog to the vet. There not only the dog is castrated but also the guy, who brought it.

I did enjoy this story very well and wish to re-read this. Can anybody give me a hint, where to find it. I did not.
