Problem with story written by "DASH"

I have waiting to be published a story written by an author named "DASH" titled Quaying-Tom Hagan. It is a nice story and a multi-part one as well, which means it is not something I want to delete. However, it has a problem which needs to be fixed before it can be published.

The story seems to lack quotation marks around a significant portion of its dialogue. The guidelines state that quotes should always be placed around spoken words, and I feel this is very important to reading and understanding a story without unnecessary effort. Thus, I am asking that the author of the story please add the necessary quotes and resubmit the story. You can either reply to this thread and/or simply access your story (hopefully you saved it) and fix the problem.
