Eunuch and proud of it.
I glory in being an eunuch. I just wish that the rest of the world was more accepting of folks like us. I'd really like to come out of the closet about my condition. Or am I being unrealistic and self-destructive? Comments?

Re: Eunuch and proud of it.
All my family knows, and some of my friends know, my doctors know and why. However I do have many new friends here in Hawai'i who do not know and I have no reason to tell them the exception is a young couple, he is trans F/M and I did tell them and of this site. Pick who you tell if its for a good reason, I have not had anybody run away because I told them.
So the question for me is this, Do they have a need to know? if not why bother as its just not that big of deal because you and you alone make it so.
What I have found out is most people just don't care, the other thing is its none of there business.

They only run away after seeing what he ate for dinner.

Re: Eunuch and proud of it.
I revealed my situation to an audience of 75, and to a group of about 10 friends, about 14 years ago. A few closer friends remember and try to couch their language so as not to "offend" me - I'm not offended and I often will joke about it. The audience I spoke to 14 years ago has almost completely forgotten about it and don't really give a shit. Nowadays, I only tell those who might need to know outside of my close circle. I didn't, though, tell my mother until last fall. Dad doesn't know, I think. Rest of immediate family does or should. In any case I never tell them any reasons, and if needed I long ago put together a passable tale to explain things. Out and proud - no - no need to be.

It was called the "ship wreck"
A half pound burger on a pretzel bun with cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato and onion rings all on the burger with a fried egg on the top.
And I ate the whole thing.

Re: Eunuch and proud of it.
Hamburgers with a fried egg on top seem to be the latest way to enjoy them. There is a restaurant nearby that serves them as River described and they're awesome. So thick that it's hard to get your mouth around it. Ask for extra napkins because the juices (grease) run everywhere. I can only guess how many thousand calories must be in one of those things. I order one only at weak moments and swear I can feel my blood thicken with every bite. But, damn, they're good.
