Oct. 22, 2012: A worker hangs onto the hand of Big Tex as the statue is carted away after it burned down at the State Fair of Texas in Dallas on Friday. The iconic, 52-foot-tall talking cowboy was destroyed by an electrical fire as stunned fair visitors looked on.
