I should have read the book but don't take that as a commentary on the movie.

I liked the movie and a couple years from now when it hits thousands of repetitions, I will watch it again and again. It's the noise I like to write short stories too.

I thought it was OK but it is just scattered.

a) I got tired of HENRI rolling his eyes to create emotion. Honest to fuzzy bunny slippers, the guy has the acting range of a turnip.

b) Alex Pettyfor is deliciously eye candy.

c) there are two female protagonists - one for kick-ass action and one for romantic interests... that creates confusion in the minds of viewers.

d) one has to ask at the end of the movie about the level of destruction and how the authorities are going to deny it happened. You know they are and the continuing storyline (at least possible storyline) depends on the authorities not searching out the bad guys but denyibg they exist.
