Other than the one "complication" of some sutures breaking/releasing, it loks like a VERY clean job. Despite the complication, it appears to have healed exceptionally well, so far. I certainly wish I could have had that done in my late teens or early 20s.

He seems to be young and that's why his libido is still high. However, now that he's a eunuch, his libido will gradually diminish at a faster rate then most other males. If he doesn't choose to use testosterone supplementation his penis will also shrink, but that might be what he wants to happen.

Thanks for sharing. I noticed that it's dated last May. I wonder if the incision closed completely and if things have continued going well. I sure hope so!

I didn't notice the first time, but it appears she had the majority of her scrotum removed at the same time. That's why there was a juncture of multiple incisions healing near the base of the penis.
