There is a movie either just hitting theaters or just about to hit theaters I know something about.
It's titled RABBIT HOLE with Aaron Eckhart, Nicole Kidman and Dianne Wiest.
I saw this as a stage play by the Pittsburgh Public Theater and it's a magnificent play, considering Kidman and Eckhart are excellent actors, the movie should be as good as the stageplay. But be warned This is the story of a couple, Eckhart and Kidman, who have lost a 4 year old son a few months earlier. It's about grieving for a lost child.
There is no happy in this play. It's excellent. It had an audience in tears. It is exceptionally good drama.

Re: Dave Doesn't crap on this movie - Rabbit Hole
I herd a good review of this movie earlier today on the news. the Critic gave it 3.5 stars of 5, however the Fighter got 5 of 5, she thought this was the best movie of the year, but both got great reviews. I don't think I could handle watching the first one, the death of a child would be to much for me, the fighter is about Irish Micky Ward, who was in 3 of the 5 best fights I ever saw. It should be a great movie.

Re: Dave Doesn't crap on this movie - Rabbit Hole
I've heard only good things about THE FIGHTER and I want to see it...
I sat in the first row of the theater watching RABBIT HOLE and didn't move. It just breaks your heart but the stage play was so true and was so well acted. Sad story.
I came back to add this: One of the most beautiful song cycles in the classical music repertoire is Mahler's KINDERTOTENLIEDER. The translation is "Songs on the Death of a Child" and the beauty of the music is tempered by the sadness of the subject. This play is the same.
