Restrictive clamping
I was wandering around the local Lowes store today and saw a pair of adjustable radiator pliers and it got me wondering... Is it possible to apply a clamp to the cords, not to crush, but to restrict blood flow enough to cause the testicles to atrophy slowly over time?

Been tried here many times. Hasn't worked yet.

Re: Restrictive clamping
I guessing here but this clamping would seem to be like repeated banding. It does restrict blood flow for a time but when the clamp or the band is removed, then the body heals itself. That's the human body for you - always trying to heal any damage.

Re: Restrictive clamping
Theoretically it should work. But you have to have full restriction of the blood supply for at least 24 hours. Studies on testicular torsion have shown that even after 12 hours of no blood flow the testicles still have a 50% chance of viability. They are hardy little buggers!
The problem is similar to using the elastrator. It is very difficult to actually stand the pain for the duration required. I'm a real pain slut, and yet three hours was the most I could handle (with banding). It becomes a severe aching inside your abdomen.
The isolated clamping may be a bit more tolerable than the full banding, but I suspect the testicular pain would be the same.
But yes, if you cut off the blood supply for long enough you will achieve castration. That is a medical fact.

Re: Restrictive clamping
The most likely result would be that you would kill off the scrotum before you killed off the testicles. With banding the blood supply to the testicles are cut off, but if you only partially block of the testicular flow you will still most likely cause almost complete blockage of scrotal flow.
