I have used estrogen gel, instead of premarin cream, on the genitals while taking Androcur. I found my nipples start to ache and breast start to grow while my testicles and penis start to atrophy.

There are lots of potential health problems, including permanent, from taking estrogen, especially if you're not being monitored.

The most dangerous (in my opinion) is blood clotting. You'll have greater danger of strokes. In fact you should read of all the women that used to die when birth control pills were stronger.

After that, any external hormones can cause liver damage as they have to be metabolized.

After that, some cancers can accelerate with hormones and yes men can get breast cancer.

After that, breast growth will be permanent and you'll get man-boobs.

Sperm will be affected, and possibly general testicle function, possibly permanently.

Unless you are transitioning to be a woman, don't take estrogen. If you want to be limp or eunuch then take anti-androgens. Estrogens will feminize you and some of that will be permanent and unhealthy, so should only be taken if you are a transsexual and also being monitored medically.
