Shrink penis

My wife and i have both decided we would like to shrink rather than actually remove my penis. Her boy friend supplies her sexual needs with regard to intercourse, and so its become redundant for that purpose. We both agree that more of a child size penis will more accurately reflect my current status. Helpfully, my penis is already somewhat on the samll side at 5 1/2". We would like to shrink it down to about 3" or a bit smaller, but would still like to be able to manage erection and ejaculation. Feminization isn't a goal, but is acceptable as a side effect. Any suggestions whether this is possible and what hormones to use? Thanks.
