Most of all last year I decided to lower my T-Injections from 200 mg to 100 mg a month, I noticed that my arms felt like they had 60 lb weights on them and could not do the things I use to and I started getting depressed that just made things worse so last month I bumped it beck up to 200mg and things got better.
My Question is the lethargy and the depression is it just temporary till your body adjusts or is it something I will have to live with.?

I have been on HRT since the beginning.

For me the effect was pretty quick when I went on T (250 mg doses); within hours I began to have more mental energy and within 3 days my physical energy really picked up.
I myself am a little bit curious as to how it goes for those who tough it out without T. The lack of physical energy (and a general sluggishness) was what hit me really badly, and for you no-T guys, what is the time pattern of this kind of thing? Is there a point at which it usually gets better?

It is one of those Your Mileage May Vary sort of things. Some acclimate, many don't. Many get buy on low level replacement. Personally, I do fine at most levels, until my T level falls below about 150-200 ng/dl, then I get a bit tired. I can usually overcome the lethargy through self-will, but it can be difficult.

I find it was really extremely difficult to do any thing I'm laughing. My son Moved in with me two months ago and we Dry-walled the garage, well I would work for 5 minutes and have to go and sit, my son was relying no me to do the job right I used to do that for a living wow that was hard.
In a way the EA has helped me a lot I finely told him that I was castrated 1987 and the low T was my problem and your right it was about the Bits I think you called it BIID going to have to read up on it thanks.
P.S. He moved out already
