My Question is the lethargy and the depression is it just temporary till your body adjusts or is it something I will have to live with.?

I have been on HRT since the beginning.

Personally, I do fine at most levels, until my T level falls below about 150-200 ng/dl, then I get a bit tired. I can usually overcome the lethargy through self-will, but it can be difficult.
