I think something that needs to be invented is an easy way to make your package look bigger under clothes, for those that need it or don't have the real things. It could just be like a cup that you put in your underwear over the real goods, except shaped like a penis and testicles.

Anyway, it works like this - the front is basically a pouch - which I find quit comfortable myself - I have too many boxer briefs that don't allow for that extra flesh in front that just squish it all making my front look flat. The pouch at least is comfortable and allows your junk to keep in the forefront. The "push-up" part is an adjustable snap strap the you strangle your package in to keep it in place (I have found this to be uncomfortable and don't bother with it since the pouch feature seems to do the trick). I found that the strap either doesn't have enough positions - seems to be wither too tight (which caters to my castration fetish but for all day long starts to chafe) or if I let it out to what is comfortable (happens to be the max setting), it's just a tad too loose and after a relatively active period of walking around or what ever I slip out, relying on the pouch only.

I have also found that the Stag Shop, a Canadian adult chain (not sure if they're outside Ontario but they at least have website (https://www.stagshop.com/home.php)). They feature Coquette Lingerie (another Canadian product). The men's briefs & thongs have a pouch without the superfluous strap.

Failing that, just get someone to keep hitting you in the groin till it swells up to an impressive size...
