Eunuch Penis Atrophy

If a eunuch does not use testosterone, does the penis continue to shrink and what does it look like after several years? My penis has gotten considerably smaller and I even "low dose" with compounded testosterone. I've been a complete eunuch for 2 1/2 years, though several years prior to my castration, my testicle was not functioning very well and not producing very much "t." Curious.

I do not use any form of hrt but some how I still get nocturnal erections

But not as I did pre castration or as frequent

I have not measured lately but I do not believe my penis has shrunk any more

Than to from 8 ½ to about 6 to 6 ¾

I am on Androgel (now, was Testim) 5 gm tube ever other day. I have been a eunuch for 3.5 years and My cock has shrunk some. Prior to castration, I was 6 hard and now am 4 hard. I don't know if it will continue to shrink now or not at that dosage. I can still get nocturnal erections. Oddly enough I have them more on the night before I am scheduled to apply the androgel. I raraely get one the night of the day I have applied it for some reason. My best chance for any sexual activity happens the evening of the off day for some reason. That I can, is nice.

It has been some 13 months now since I did the deed. Nocturnal erections are much less frequent, and conscious erections take some effort, but I can still penetrate my wife. My penis seems to have shrunk a little, but I think that it is only because my erections are not so strong as they used to be. When I am able to get really strongly turned on, it still measures the same as before castration.

During the period of time that I had no erections, before my prolactinoma was diagnosed and treated, my penis lost one inch in length and one-half inch in thickness when erect. This was because the expansive tissue in the penis looses its elasticity if you are not having a normal number of erections during the day and at night. (I don't know what that number is. Your mileage may vary.)

Resuming erections again when I went on HRT was painful for a few weeks, a bit like tearing adheasions. Using a vacuum pump (prescription, not a novelty) I am able to get it up to my former size for about a half hour, but this has proved to be unnecessary to the satisfaction of my partners.

I was never very well endowed to begin with. Barely over 3.5" at full erection and I think that is borderline "micropenis". Since I have been a Eunuch, I have seen that dwindle considerably to just under 2", but of course that is without the erection. I'm certain that is normal for ours to atrophy as such.
