I imagine that the "bitch wife" genre of stories are popular because most (but not all) wives do turn in to manipulative bitches of a sort, but instead of using brains to dominate their husbands, they use tears. Husbands are fed up with having to deal with boo-hoo bawl-babies, and fantasize that their own dreadful situation, could at least be spiced up by having a sexy looking and confident acting bitch wife.

I don't know about everyone else, but I am pretty shocked at times when I look around and see how I am living, and WHO I am living with... I sure did not start out my life heading here, you know, sorta like buying a plane ticket to Paris, and getting off the plane in Antarctica. This is NOT what I planned for, not what I paid for, but it's what I got.

It does not surprise me too much to see the prevailing fantasy involves sexy and confident women. rather that the reality of "clingy," needy, hyper-dependent whiners that many wives become. I know I often fantasize about being with an ADULT woman instead of a bawl-baby.

But now the men are the dependent babies. There is a huge difference between a confident woman and an ice bitch whos only purpose in life is getting maximum fufullment while denying others pleasure all the while doing the most to humiliate, degrade, and make others feel like shit.

While there are a few hot parts in those stories most of the time I just feel depressed after reading them.

It has been quoted in some sources that if you interview, together, a group of couples selected from the 50% of couples that stay married, that 50% of them will say that they are happy in their marriage. However, if you interview the men, without their wives present, only 7 1/2% of the men will say that they are happy in their marriage. This seems to match with what I observe around me. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't, and my advice to any man considering getting married is DON'T. The odds are not in your favor.

NO, you are not in the minority. I also am a bit tired of SOME of that "bitch wife" or "bitch girlfriend" genre of story.

I do not really feel depressed after reading those stories, but I do just lose interest and do not finish most of them. When the female characters are OBVIOUSLY not saying or doing what any woman would do.... when the female characters not only defy reality but defy any plausibility, I just quit reading it. There is so much of what I call "horney guy bullshit" out there, you know, shallow, unbelievable tales, where a housewife fucks a whole football team in front of her husband, and then castrates him with a butter knife, then castrates her own children, then goes out to the horse stables and fucks a dozen stallions, then gives birth to a half horse baby with a football helmet on his baby horse head.... just not believable.
