Just to let you know that over there help for castrated guys with hormones or anything else is unheard of as the last thing the authorities want is for eunuchs to have erections. Since we have been back in England we have sought some advice.However erections are unlikely because the crude method of castration means nerve endings and muscles at the base of his cock are permanently damaged. Hi its Katie, I dont have a set definition of castration. Steve has had his scrotum and testicles cut off if that counts and he is incapable of erection. I guess the method of castration has an effect on future sexual ability. Hormones wouldnt work for Steve as there is damage to nerve
