The author pulled it because of the changes to child pornography laws.
The way it was set up, he told me, it gave the impression that he could supply, etc., so he pulled it.

The San Carlos island site is, of course, a spoof. No such place as San Carlos Island exists. If I do anything with the site, because of the recent Supreme Court decision, I'll be certain to make it clear that it is a spoof. For now, I have no plans for the site.
