You are right, in many states you would be in Jail for that move but in TEXAS you would be haled a hero and seeing that the person was not totally WHITE, in TEXAS, they would have arrested him for littering and destroying public property and given him 5 to life.

...and if a totally white male in California he would be tazered, jailed for sexual assualt and battery on a non-cohabitating spouse.
Sounds like the poor sap was just giving the "your leaking oil" sign. Or perhaps the "you just pasted the farmer's market" great tomatoes.
What scares me is that people who are carrying firearms don't have the arsenal or disposition to execute calm when drawing such a device. Police have radios, pepperspray and tazers, batons, backup, bumber gaurds etc.

It may be good that he didn't get your plate.
As I remember, per Texas law you committed two crimes;
1) Threatening someone with a gun
2) Leaving the scene of an accident.
1) This is not true. If someone has a concealed weapons permit (in most states now, I think) and is being threatened by another person then they do have the right to use it. It's doubtful that el creepo was trying to tell her that her blinker wasn't on.
2) This is also not true. Again if someone feels threatened by the other party then they are permitted to leave the scene of the accident. Since the man had a menacing presence and since it was not known whether he was concious and since he also could have had a weapon of his own to use on her then she was legally justified in leaving. And believe me it was much better that she did.

Not to dispute or argue, but do I know one guy who lost some use of his right hand to a stroke and moved the throttle controls to the left side. Cruise control is also an option, yes.
And Yoli, you could have slipped him a Mickey or something, and taken him home to add to your collection.

Yoli committed no crime. It is not against the law to protect yourself, and since her vehicle never touched his, she wasn't in an accident but merely a witness to one. She is under no legal requirement to stop, especially when the guy seemed threatening...

Curious the timing of this. Maybe el pendejo disappeared for other reasons that he recovered from his loss of control.

Note the chupacabra clip, not all the other stuff.

I believe in Texas people are allowed to cary guns as a means of self defense. Yoli had every reason to believe that Chupacapra was a threat. I think she showed great restraint in not actually using the gun and good sense in not going back to check on the grass-hat who may have also been armed. If she did anything wrong at all, I think it was in not reporting him to the authorities.

The time has come, the Yoli said, to speak of...Organ donors and Darwin Award candidates.
Last night, circa 9PM-ish, I was driving, top down (The CAR's, not mine, you pervs!) home from a little gathering of folks whereat we laid our plans for the opening day of Dove season...Boom!
As I cleared the urban sprawl and cruised toward our semi-rural Paradise some effwad on a motorbike pulled alongside and began to woo me rather forcefully, "asking" me in a blend of TexMex and Eeeeeengleesh to pull over so we might begin a meaningful relationship. I laughingly declined (while putting one hand on "Snoopy", my pet semi-auto travel pistol.)
Well, Senor Casanova Pendejo de Santa Anna became rather insistent and actually steered VERY close alongside and tried to touch me. However, when "Snoopy" was produced he kinda lost it...so "kinda" that he oversteered away from me as he hit the brakes, with the result that he wiped out on the grassy median.
Since I assumed someone would wander by in a short while to summon aid or administer the Last Rites I just kept on keepin' on, humming a merry tune as I enjoyed the breeze.
That's me...Hardhearted Yoli. To my credit, however, I did a pour a nice nightcap and toast his health as I soaked nekkidly in the pool. Ash(leigh) joined me and was still laughing as I went to bed.
Upon reflection, I should have gone back and treated him to a "top down and up skirt" peek as he lay moaning on the grass. Oh well, next time for sure.
And now....MORE KAWFEEEEEE!
