for me it is about human nature. About learning how we act, and how we sort it out.

bouth have a strong sence of moral, they bout work for there friends, and it show a fait that is admireble.

It make me feel good, that there are series on tv. that go into the dark side of human mentality. And find a tru value in the things they do.

Broad sword death scenes. as you call it. make me look at my past. and the history of my land(norway) and show me how we have to fight for what we belive in.

And tru hard strugle all can be done.

For me all the series above. Give me a happy feeling. It give me belive in the force of nature.

And the strenght of all people.

Maby you find it wrong, but for me it is just that way.

A unique definition.

If I uploaded Christian TV I suspect some of the bloodiest

Christians to the lions programs might be in your interpretation. 🙄

Christian TV is usually just a bunch of mindless jibber-jabber. -About on a par with talk radio. Sometimes they have something very interesting to say and to learn but... You'll be listening to a bunch of self righteous blather mouths. -And then when they talk about the "Sabbath"... Oh never mind. But then I probably disagree with both you and them about the meaning of a "Messiah" (Christ). One night when nothing else was on, I started watching this B-rated but none-the-less good movie (at the start) which involved these women being shipped away during the holocaust but then suddenly in the middle of it they were putting this certain twist which would have made the rest of the movie s-o-o-o predictable from then on so I just shut it off and went to bed. That's the way Christian TV is. Their programs will often start out good, very good sometimes but then suddenly it turns to being a bunch of mindless blather. My opinion. Sorry everyone.

Yes,

But the movies and series Christian TV regurgitates is Jewish, ala Hollywoodism.

It has schmaltz not to be found in true, gentile TV.

This isn't just about the leads but the producers, writers, sponsors for the original production.

Much of my back ground TV is on a Christian channel.

Now featuring "High Chaparral" 🚬 no not that high.

🥴 yes, featuring that 😄 Good ole Buck. Good for a laugh.

Today's episode they save 10 Apache children from murderous Pimas.

;)

NBC cancelled ANIMAL PRACTICE

I'm so happy that I could burst.

I tried watching the show and was distinctly impressed with the Rhesus Monkey and thought that the poor animal was miscast as a supporting actor. IT was by far and away a better actor than any human in the show.

Talk about bad writing!

snark, snark, snark...

High Chaparral is being shown with regularity lately.

I always appreciated that Buck and Manuelito were the fun loving guys

and little Blue seeking manhood and Victoria the wonderful but, don't walk over me, Latina.

What I never appreciated before was the theme of Lief Erickson's character, Big John.

He is saying and demonstrating that if the Apache, Pima, Mexicans are treated with respect

it will be returned. His character demonstrates that message, repeatedly.

Previously, I had only viewed his character as two dimensional authority figure.

Too bad Hell on Wheels wasted what a Western could be. A morality play.

Yes. There was a "Code of the West". Honor and all that. Sure there were bad people too.

Moi

Give me land lots of land under starry starry skies, . . .

"Code of the West", ref. Alistair Cook. "America"
