Common sense is NOT a pre-existing condition? Or is it?

Well I have less than a week to go before my appointment with the urologist and after that my endocrinologist said she will start me on some sort of HRT. I am undecided as to if I will start HRT or not at this point unless maybe just enough to try to ward off any health issues.

I did really find out how seriously winded I get now for the first time. I live in the Denver metro area so the elevation kicks my ass any ways (not acclimated still) and I decided to take the kids sledding today and it was a pretty big ass hill in the foothills. Let me tell you I was huffing and puffing like I just ran the Boston Marathon, actually they probally don't breathe as hard as I did. But it was okay. I am not physically castrated but the twins are dead and I am happy. It seems like it has been a long time in getting to this point but all is well.

As far as satisfying my wife goes , no I don't want or need sex but I want to please her. What I have found is that if I prepare mentally alittle bit I will more than likely be able to preform enough to more than satisfy her. So all is well on the home front and I am enjoying life and all it has too offer in lot calmer way than I ever have.

My wife has been very supportive of my efforts to reduce my libido. That said, whenever she is in the rare mood for sex, I always try to please her. Its natural. I mentioned getting some Viagra to have on hand "just in case" but she said that my reduced sexual ability was enough for her needs. She said she'd let me know if she isn't ever satisfied.

Terry,

I'm curious to know if you decided to go on HRT or not. If so, what changes have you noted.

At this time I don't plan to goon HRT. My testicles are not really producing any T now so unless their removal changes how I feel I don't really see myself going on HRT, but that could change. I seen my urologist today and he has agreed to remove the twins. I am waiting for his receptionist to call me to schedule it. I told him the sooner the better as work will soon be picking up, and he told me to ask if he has any space on his schedule for 4/9. I am anxiously awaiting the call.
