Personally, I have no bits missing, except foreskin, so can't comment on phantom pain, but a man I knew had had a leg removed when he was 11 years old because of cancer. He told me that he did experience phantom feelings in his missing leg, but the 'leg' was still as it had been when he was young.

I can't once recall having the sensation of phantom balls, and they've been gone nearly 11 years. However, I'm missing the last joint on one of my fingers, have been for probably 15 years, and to this day I get moments where I swear I can feel it.
