If a eunuch does not use testosterone, does the penis continue to shrink and what does it look like after several years? My penis has gotten considerably smaller and I even "low dose" with compounded testosterone. I've been a complete eunuch for 2 1/2 years, though several years prior to my castration, my testicle was not functioning very well and not producing very much "t." Curious.

I was told that eventually you end up with approximately half the size. I've tried to research this myself, but so far I've really only seen a collection of anecdotes. I think it probably varies considerably, just as some intact guys are "show-ers" and some are "grow-ers". Personally - and maybe some of this is because I'm a "show-er" myself - I wish shrinkage was a lot easier to come by.

You use a compounded Cream Gel, what kind of base?

Or do you use a compound Injection of testosterone?

I know that I am trying to gain my size back on a full dose of TRT, and I am hoping to see more sucess soon, any way morning errections are good but I am just not the same, I hope to get back more to normal with time.

Some guys however are happy with the loss of testosterone however some of us are not.

Just really depends on what you are looking for and how your body reacts to it.

I would say definatley in some guys they shrink I am a guy that grows a lot and not large then get errect, but I am smaller soft and get large when I get errect.

I have heard of some guys who do not loose a lot of size non errect but when hard or semi hard, I guess again it really just depends on the person.

I felt that my penis was smaller! I don't know that it was. Now, it seems about the size it was when I was young. I am glad to have it back. There was something sad about my pumping away on a limp little stub (and in utter embarassment and shame)/

It seems that I'm one of the few castrates whose dick has grown - from 14 > 16 cm (5.5>6.5"). I'm ingesting about 60% of the prescribed testosterone (AndroGel). When I first noticed the increased length, I asked my doc why, and he noted that it may also reflect the lack of testosterone prior to going on supplements prior to castration. I also noted on the explanatory notes that come with the prescription that one of the side effects is penile growth.

After andropause I experienced shrunken penis. It wouldn't hang outside of the body. Think of a tortuse head when the head and heck are outside of the shell, (normal penis) and when they are pulled inside of the shell (atrophied penis).

My penis was invisible, "pulled inside the shell" so to speak. I could not get an erection no matter what I did. Never got noctural erections. Could not ejaculate. I was hypogonatic with a T level of 179 which is not all that low, but is hypogonatic.

Since being on Testim my penis has not only returned to it's former outside-of-the-body self (both small and large), but I get nightly noctural erections, and am able to orgasm with ease. My T level is about 225, which is not much, but is enough being just above the hypogonatic level of 200. Just a few years ago my T level was in the mid 400's. Anybody who is 500 and above is hyper-sexed and bouncing off the walls, true harvy wall bangers.

If you have the desire to have erections after castration, you can obtain a surgically implant in your penis. You would then have a bulb that would seem like a fake testicle in your scrotum. You squeeze the bulb and, boing, your penis gets large and erect.

Not cheap, and if you have no libido, all you wind up with is an erect penis and no sexual desire and no orgasm. (except perhaps for those few people who seem to still have some libido even after being castrated)
