Just FYI, in Texas, if you are an XXY person you have free reign, and can marry any living human 100% yessir!

Are there any age restrictions? I just can not see them allowing an XXY adult to marry a six-year-old.

Someday perhaps society will adapt so that one's documents will reflect a person's sex as born, and a person's physical sex and sexual identity as of now.

Instead of just M or F on a document we might see

MF for a born as a male who had a sex change and is now female.

or

MMF for a born as a male who has not had a sex change but is a transgender living as a female.

or

FFM for a born as a female who has not had a sex change but is living life as a male.

or

FM for a born as female who has had a sex change but is living life as a male

or

MN for a born as male who has had all genitals removed and is living life as a nullo

or

MC for a born as male who has been physically castrated

and nobody would think anything of it.

No rules. Just because you are born with this or that, you get to choose and nobody gives it a second thought.

Won't happen in my lifetime, but it is sure nice to visualize a world where people are not so controlling or judgemental. As long as some religions continue to control and dominate the minds and lives of people it may be necessary to move to another planet to find just freedom and justice.

Those conservatives seem pretty dumb. Gay people want to love a person as the gender they are. A gay man is still a man. As for confused straight MtFs who think they're gay men until they discover otherwise, and straight FtMs who think they're lesbian women until they discover otherwise, they're not homosexual at all. They're straight women and men respectively trapped in the wrong body. Don't even see what sex change has got to do with gay marriage.

Thats rather troublesome isn't it? Does it matter what we were born as? How about simply M for everyone who is male-identified, F for everyone who is female identified, O for everyone who is other-identified, no matter what they were born as? Do we really need all the fine pigeon-holeing for the sake of a tiny piece of plastic?

Whenever I have to fill in a written from that asks for "Sex?" I usually write, "As often as possible." Computer forms, unfortunately, preclude commentary.

Jesus,

This is simply too funny. "Make sure lesbians and gays don't get together for some kind of penis/vagina exchange program". "Stores where penises and breasts are sold like pencils" indeed.

Hugs,

HEY! WOW! Is this really true? Not that I have ever wanted to get married with anybody before but I had never known that. I lived in the vicinity of San Antonio at one time. -Went broke and left disgustedly but oh what a great place!
