Bra for the boys an online bestseller in Japan

TOKYO (Reuters) - Who said bras are only for women? A Japanese online lingerie retailer is selling bras for cross-dressing men and they've quickly become one of its most popular items.
Since launching two weeks ago on Rakuten, a major Japanese web shopping mall, the Wishroom shop has sold over 300 men's bras for 2,800 yen ($30) each. The shop also stocks men's panties, as well as lingerie for women.
"I like this tight feeling. It feels good," Wishroom representative Masayuki Tsuchiya told Reuters as he modeled the bra, which can be worn discreetly under men's clothing.
Wishroom Executive Director Akiko Okunomiya said she was surprised at the number of men who were looking for their inner woman.
"I think more and more men are becoming interested in bras. Since we launched the men's bra, we've been getting feedback from customers saying 'wow, we'd been waiting for this for such a long time'," she said.
But the bra, available in black, pink and white, is not an easy sell for all men.
The underwear has stirred a heated debate online with more than 8,000 people debating the merits of men wearing bras in one night on Mixi, Japan's top social network website.

Wait, didn't Seinfeld already do this story? Remember Georges dad and the "Mansier" or Cramers name for it, the "Bro"

Those that are dealing with HRT and too much E2 have to worry about Gynocomastia already. However most would not want to highlight their breast growth. I think?

If the feminizing effects of chemicals in the environments that scientists have been worrying about turn out to be true, sports bras could be necessary accessory for the everyday working man. Having grown a nice set of b+ cups late in life I can assure you that running a jackhammer with your manboobs bouncing would be quite uncomfortable.

Not essential, no. I agree Man boobs are very fine too. They become a new found source of pleasure for many guys. There's no shame in male breasts and nipples whether they are finely chiselled and muscular, neat and small, or larger and more erogenous.
For some of us our original and free 'boys toy' has had its day for play.
Boobs from obesity may not be too pretty but as for those acquired via diet, age, regime etc... these are well worth praise and pleasure.
As for boy bras, well bring them on for those needing and wanting them and let people start to lose their hang ups over gender identity and become more relaxed.

Sac_mec,
I had a friend that swore wearing women's panties made him run faster. He apparently wore them before fitness tests. He was adamant that he could not round the track without his lace.
He wore his panties, some poor bastards cried, some prayed to christ, some of us seethed.
