For a number of years now (ever since adding a new shower head on a hose), I've ended my showers with hot water to my cock and nuts. The real damage is to the scrotum. The skin on your scrotum is more delicate than the skin on most of your body. Your testicles may be hotter than usual but are unlikely to be permenantly harmed. Good for play but not for castration. --FLO--

I think it was on BME, and over time it can kill the testicle's function, and also burn the skin at the point you have attached the electrodes and it you attach an electrode to the chest area you can kill your self but if there is current path through your chest you are going to be dead anyway.
