Like many others who've been castrated because everything was not well with their testicles, sex got a lot easier and more pleasant. If I'd had any insight that the change would be so much for the better, I might have had the balls removed many years previously. Like many guys, I'd fretted about the aesthetics of being less than a full man w/o testicles. OTOH, I'm aso glad that I decided not to have my balls removed 'til following providing semen for the birth of my son. Of course, I could've banked it.

The side effects of HRT also proved surprising. The beneficial effect on short-term memory was a little much, although the doc had warned me that some guys become addicted because the effects are so beneficial. I was also surprised by penile growth - from 6" to 7" - following the start of the HRT regimen. The doc just said it was one of the side effects and likely an indicator of how deprived my body had been before I began HRT.

Walking around with nothing between your legs. It takes some getting used to.

My biggest surprise was how much I wanted a child after my levels dropped. I would have liked to carry the child but would have been happy with adoption. I wanted a child so bad that unknown women were handing me their babies to hold or maybe to be blessed by a eunuch. Wanting a baby was a very powerful emotion. I still wish there had been more of an opportunity.
