13 Years to the Day

OJ Simpson has been found guilty on all counts and was remanded into custody where he will await sentencing, and could easily spend the rest of his life in prison. He faces a minimum of 20 years. I guess 13 is not his lucky number.

Ya' think some one was trying to send a message? 🙄 Apparently the jury decided to keep deliberating until they came to a verdict instead of retiring for the night. It might be poetic justice or it might be grounds for an appeal, but hay sometimes you're the windshield and sometimes you're the bug....

Jury finds O.J. Simpson guilty on all charges

By LINDA DEUTSCH, AP Special Correspondent

LAS VEGAS - O.J. Simpson has been found guilty on all charges in the gunpoint robbery of two sports memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas casino hotel room more than a year ago.

The 61-year-old former football star faces up to life in prison.

A somber Simpson released a heavy sigh as the charges were read Friday in Clark County District Court. He was immediately taken into custody.

The verdict comes 13 years to the day after Simpson was acquitted of killing his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman, in Los Angeles.

Co-defendant Clarence "C.J." Stewart also was found guilty on all charges and taken into custody.

The men were tried on 12 criminal charges.

They did that in France a couple hundred years ago. They should have invested the money in clean energy. We could have had fusion, solar, wind, geothermal. We could have had all that and still had money for more.

Do you realize wind energy is being slowed down because of transmission lines and bats and birds hitting the mills.Coal can not be used oil is being stopped it seams every thing we need including clean energy is being stopped by someone. So to not get off topic we need to send our politicians packing for a diffrent job.If my congressman voted for this bail out I will NOT vote for him no matter what party he or she is.As you can see I am not mad I am pissed and ready to vote for someone new.

Just remember it's better to be pissed off than pissed on.... unless we are talking about kink.... and that's still debatable

I know that Dick Cheney put the brakes on wind energy when he had the FAA do a study to see if wind mills might expose us to a terrorist attack. We can meet 20% of our current energy needs with current wind technology. Yeah we might loose some bird but it's still the least damaging technology we have.

Typically in the U.S. the longer a jury deliberates the higher the chance of a innocent verdict! Conversely the shorter the time the jury is out the better the odds of guilty verdict.

Just the way the odds roll.

He just would not let go and now maybe he won't go. I have no sympathy for him, I fear. He earned his way into prison.

I am not as happy as I might be about this verdict. There is the possibility that he was convicted as a result of the 13 year old case not on the merit of the present case. --FLO--

True some might be righting a wrong from 13 years back but this man has always showed his violent streak and it has finally caught up with him.His problem has always been about OJ and he needs to be number one all this time and I do not feel sorry for him or people like him. Will I pray for him and yes I do hope no one harms him in prision that would not be good for anyone.
