A doctor has been sleeping with his patients. He's rather troubled about it, and hears two voices in his head talking to him about it.
The first voice is very soothing and calm and tells him "it's okay, there are plenty of doctors who sleep with their patients. It's no big deal, it happens all the time."
And the second voice is yelling "you're a veterinarian, you sick bastard!"

Yes, but look at the bright side...
...the patients can never complain and he will never get reported for having poor ethics.
...and if he has trouble he can euthanize them to keep them quiet...
