Minor E.A. Fire

Post by MacTheWolf (imported) »

The Eunuch Archive in British Columbia suffered a minor fire. IEunuch lost a P.S.U.

If anyone has a spare PSU lying around with a 600 watt capacity, notify IEunuch, Jesus, Kristoff or Paolo.

Thanks,

Mac

Darn it, that s^@%s.

Any way, I'm glad the damage wasn't extensive though. By the way is a P.S.U. and uninterruptible power supply?

Jema

I think it is ...then again, when it comes to COMPUTER TERMINOLOGY I'm a tard.

I'll wager the 12-year old next door to me is more computer savvy than I am.

no its just a power supply in the top of a computer chassis. They usually run about 60 bucks but i am currently broke. I can get one up there in about 2 weeks but he really could use one sooner. This is his box he runs everything through and the one he chats on.

he needs more horsepower than this, it is just an example of what a power supply is. sorry i did not want to spam and it is not a plug, just an example of what part of his computer took up smoking.

i don't have anything down here that has enough watts to run his or I would run one up to Blaine today.

Don't worry folks, the computer that burnt out isn't really an EA computer, just a personal one. I read the EA mail on it, and write the code on it, but that's about it.

The chat problems from earlier today/yesterday have nothign to do with the downed computer (although there was a slight delay in my knowing about them as a result).
