Presumably, they're rushing out the boxed set in time for Christmas, with policitians in various poses ranging from eyes closed, fingers in ears, through to accusatory finger pointing with one hand while trying to zip up with other. Plus, of course, the model deer so that you can use the game board printed on the bottom of the box to play "Pass the Buck".....
