Testicle cords
What are the testicle cords attached to up in the body? I've looked at anatomy charts, but they didn't help. As some of you may know, I've been experiencing pain in my side or as my Pakistani doc calls it, my lower right quadrant. I've had this pain for a few years now. It's not excruciating, but it's always there. I told her (my doc) that I think the pain is coming from where the testicle cord is attached, however, she said that that was not possible, the cord doesn't extend up that far. (Location of the pain is about six or seven inches up, to the right.
She thinks my pain might be bowel related and wants me to get a colonoscopy? Not sure of the spelling, however, I doubt that it's bowel related, but again she stated that the testicle cord(s) do not reach up that far into a man's body. But I remember when Kimmel was castrating me that I had severe pain in the same location from him pulling on my testicle. He finally numbed the cord enough that I didn't feel anything. The cords are still in me and where the right one is attached up in me is where the pain is coming from. I think the low dose testosterone I take actually aggravates it. My case is "unique" because I abused "Tribulus Terrestris" and also used high amounts of "HCG" to try and revive my dying testicle. The stuff worked for awhile, but even before my final castration, I was experiencing this same pain in my side. Doc says that my original CAT Scan showed nothing. O.K. back to the original question, where are the testicle cords attached too up in the body? I know my doc is wrong about her assessment. Hash
P.S. My left testicle was removed in 97.

Re: Testicle cords
Try a Google search on "testicle cord" or "testicular cord" or "spermatic cord". One result with a diagram is http://www.answers.com/topic/spermatic-cord, but there are many more. I am not a doctor or specialist in anatomy, but I believe the direct answer to your question is the vas deferens.
What you are talking about is very similar to what happened to me earlier this year. You may want to check out my lengthy thread about my journey into what some now call "the brotherhood". Here is a link to my story as documented on this web site: http://www.eunuch.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=8793. If you review that long thread, especially start looking at post #37.
An unsolicited recommendation is to at least get a second opinion, or perhaps change doctors. Ignoring the symptoms is not well advised, in my opinion.
I would like to know what you learn and what progress you make. Reference to any prior "abuse" is not appropriate, in my opinion.
I do wish you well!!!

Re: Testicle cords
The pain or tugging you experienced with Kimmel is most likely referential - pain is not always felt where it originates.
From what you describe, your doctor is correct - it is not likely to be from the cords (which includes the vas deferens). I would suggest you take her advice and have a colonoscopy done. Take it as a photo opportunity....
This procedure, especially as we get older, can be very important in catching problems which can grow into serious issues.

The pictures are fantastic! Crisp, clear and simply wonderful. You can't imagine how far technology has come in the years since this procedure started. Besides, the drugs are wonderful and you won't be displeased with the result.
To be fair, the pre-procedure prep is not glorious. Take it with a grain of salt and know your efforts are for a good cause.
My results were life sustaining and I for one thank my doctors for treating me successfully.

What Kristoff and your doctor suggests is good advice. Take it from someone who underwent colonoscopy for digestive system disorder.kristoff wrote: Mon Sep 25, 2006 7:10 am This procedure, especially as we get older, can be very important in catching problems which can grow into serious issues.

As Robby says, the pictures are clear. Nothing like a virtual tour of your colon. Seriously, everyone over 50 should have one. At least, that would eliminate once possibility.

Re: Testicle cords
Besides a colonoscopy, there now is technology for literally having you swallow a camera and taking thousands of images of the entire alimentary canal. I had it done in September 2005. It is not a cheap procedure. Simply amazing technology. Not one single millimeter escapes the lens.
P.S., Other names for the alimentary canal include the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, digestive tract, alimentary tract, and nourishment canal. In a typical adult, it is about 30 feet in length.

Re: Testicle cords
Three capsules equivalent to 750mg's. I think it's mg's. Anyway, I didn't cycle and hence my problem.

Re: Testicle cords
If the pain is from testicle cords, I think that it would occur in the same location as the pain you feel with a rap on the nuts i.e. the place where the testicles were placed before they descended and which your brain is programmed to think they are still there. My experience with various piercing activities on balls and cords is that most pain from injury to various parts of the internal testicular system refers back to that same source.
P.S. I think that there is such a thing as chronic appendicitis that would appear in that area but not necessarily flare up into full blown appendicitis. I would expect though that it would have been checked out in the other investigations in the area

Re: Testicle cords
I had a bilateral orchiectomy in 05. It was performed through the scrotum and the cords were tied and left dangling. They made their way into the inguinal canal where they attached themselves and became uncomfortable. Any rubbing of tight clothing , massage, sex, etc caused pain. I complained to several urologists about it including the one that did the surgery and they all said they didn't understand why that would cause pain and would not attend to it. Later, about 8 months after the castration I had a doctor that diagnosed me with bilateral hernias. He was aware of the inguinal pain and agreed to go in orthroscopically from the abdomen to perform the hernia repair. At the same time he went down into the inguinal canal and cut out the "stubs" and removed them as short as possible into the abdomen. I have had no further pain from the cords. All the cords, including the Vas pass up through the inguinal canal into the abdomen and attach, some near the prostate and cowpers gland. If your castration was scrotal then you may have the same problem as I.
