And what is it about the pancakes that everyone raves about? If I can get I sample, I will, but shouldn't (I'm diabetic). Somethings are worth the risk, and it sounds like RW's pancakes are one of them.

Thanks for the HM, I was not able to go to the east coast meeting and make the pancakes, however if you make the central meeting they will be there. BTW I always bring sugar free surup and not that much sugar goes into the cakes so you should be ok.
