"Well, Sir, I think I know the cause of your headaches," said the doctor.
"That's great, how do I get rid of them?," asked the man.
The doctor replied, "Well, your headaches are being caused by your testicles pressing up against your spine. There is a treatment for this, but it's somewhat extreme."
"Extreme," said the man, "What do you mean?"
The doctor explained that the only way to relieve the pressure was for the man to be castrated.
"Heck no", said the man,"I'll just deal with the headaches." And with that, the man left the doctor's office.
About a month passes, and the man returns to the doctor's office. "Doc, I hate to do it, but please, do the operation, I've had these headaches since high school and they're driving me crazy."
The doctor agrees, and does the operation. The operation is a success, and the man's headaches disappear.
Feeling pretty good about himself now, the man decides to treat himself to a new wardrobe. He's goes to a tailor recommended to him by a friend of his.
"I'd like to get a new suit," said the man to the tailor. 'I'm a size...."
"You're a 44 regular, right?," interrupted the tailor.
"Yes, that's right, how did you know?" the man asked.
'I've been in this business 40 some years, I can tell a man's size just by looking at him..
The man tries on the suit, it fits him like a glove.
"Now I'd like to pick up a couple of shirts", said the man.
"Sure," said the tailor, "a 16 neck and 36 inch sleeve, right?"
"You're right again." Like the suit, the shirt fits like a glove.
"The last thing I should get is some underwear"
"OK, Sir, I'll get you a pair of 36s."
Oh, you must be slipping...I've worn a size 34 undershort since high school" said the man.
"Sir," said the tailor, "if you wore a size 34 it would press your balls against your spine and you'd have terrible headaches."
