Transition from Chemicals to the Real Thing?

I have been on Chemical Castration for almost 2 months now, This is my start to a full castration, I am doing this as a test under recommendation's from a few Real Eunuchs on this site. I do like results thus far.

I am wondering however what differences I will notice if any when my testicles are removed from me? Other than a empty scrotum.

First you need to make sure your balls are fully shut down. Simple blood test will find this out. I thought I was shut down till the results came back. I was greatly reduce but not turned off. Increased the dose of the drug and tested later at true castration levels.

I found that I kept changing for some time once on the drugs. Stay on the drugs for a while as a real test. Some effects do not show up for some time.
