Eunuch transhumanists ?
As a libertarian secular transhumanist, I'm interested in escaping the animal bounds. Why must we thirst, poo, and age? The way to transhumanism is through input and output to consciousness. One day we will be hosted on a computer, and have complete control over how our outputs control and what inputs come into our consciousness. Testosterone doesn't directly act on our inputs and outputs (like a cochlear implant can), but to me it's a step in the right direction to lower it.

Uhhh...Oh Feeee-en,
Has it occured to you that, without thirst, all those lovely margaritas would go to waste? Has it possibly caught your attention that, didst thou not "poop", you'd be full of, well, you know? Perhaps you haven't considered the ONLY alternative to aging. The cemeterys are full of those that escaped the aging process, y'know.
While life isn't perfect, God knows (for He made it that way; to test us, I suppose.), it does have it's advantages. Sometimes we abuse these "advantages" and sometimes we ignore them.
I'm not altogether certain what your alternative(s) to thirst, digestion and elimination, and enrichment via growing old would be, but I'd love to know and. In truth, to have the options you envision, from which to choose, might be a wonderful thing. Of course, I, at my tender age, might hope that said options are on a "try before you buy" basis, LOL.
Warmly,

Re: Item 2; My Dad once said that, as one grows older, a serious bowel movement is a wondrous thing. Well, we ladies don't have those, just little pellets of gold that we expel with a little puff of rose-scented perfume. Still, I wish all the guys success! LOL

While I am the first to admit that I will not be bound by the tyranny of my biology, I certainly do not want to give up the epicurean side of life. Yes let me become a woman on the outside to match the woman I am on the inside, but let me also enjoy each day living and breathing, eating and sleeping, and most of all loving my self and sharing that love with another. For these gifts I will gladly tolerate the indignities of sitting on the crapper.
