Eunuch fiction?

So does it fit in to any good fiction? I'll start with "Ethan of Athos", which is a planet of males that reproduces by artificial wombs. Being a eunuch is more implied than explicitly discussed. A lot of space aliens stuff might qualify (maybe "Childhood's End"), with sexless aliens. But I'm sure someone will know a clearly eunuch tale.
