This picture from Spain's Dr. Sáenz de Cabezón's sexual reassignment surgery site shows what appears to be ancient Egyption nullification:

I imagine that the surgeon advertising in the site uses more modern techniques, of course. But it is an interesting picture.

The picture is a modern painting based on an Egyptian stone engraving. THe original was a little more clear in showing it as a circumcision.
