Why twist?
My interest in ballbusting sometimes leads me to women self-defense technics. It is recommended to crush, twist and pull a rapist´s balls. While to crush and to pull the testicals is obviously effective to rupture the cords, I don´t understand why the scrotum should be twisted.

The reason for the twist is that most women simply do not have a strong enough grip to disable the rapist. Simply squeezing the testicles, whilst painful, may not be enough to get him to stop. Twisting the scrotum at the same time as squeezing would make it more painful.

Re: Why twist?
Twisting isolates the testicles and fixes them within the scrotum. Therefore, when the squeezing begins they will feel the full brunt rather than squishing sideways out of the tightening grip.
