Removal of the prostate gland

Post by happousai (imported) »

We talk a lot (comparitively) about the removal of the testicles/scrotum, and of the penis. There are even cutters out there who will do both procedures, and elective castration is possible to get through Dr. Kimmel.

But what about the prostate gland?

The prostate gland:

- causes unwanted erections

- causes a mess (semen) to spew from a man's urethra when he orgasms and ejaculates

- can have a cancerous growth

What would removing the prostate gland be like? Although I think incontinence is a possible complication of doing so. (The other "complications", impotence and infertility, are quite possibly desired.)

I guess if one wanted thay could have this gland removed but i sure dont know why.If you remove the testicles tostosterone is not a problem anymore and cancer becomes less of a problem. Also orgasms are much harder to obtain and with much less agaculates.Erections are much less frequint and easy to forget i know just ask me.Now i do have my testicles the chemicles i take have the same effict as castration. And removing the prostate can have unwanted problems so why do it?

I have to agree with sag111 on this one.

I you have balls removed or are on a chemical castration drug those concerns are not a big issue.

I just don't think the risk of incontinence or other risks from surgery are work it. Plus why go through the healing process.

I totally agree, forget about the prostate That is major surgery only done in a hospital for reason. (cancer). By removing the nuts, the prostate shrinks and shuts down. Last year when it was checked by my doctor is was a little large, a year and a half later he has a problem finding it. With the nuts gone you wont think about sex. up really dont.

Two possible after effects of prostecomy are impotence and incontinence.

But the impotence would be one of lack of erectile ability only. The testicles will still be producing testosterone, and you will still be horny.

Forget the prostate, go to Dr. Kimmel (or whatever) for the castration, and all your prostate problems, if any, will clear up.

You can have a prostate-ectomy (spelling) using a eurythroscope (spelling again) and a cauterizing loop. They insert the scope and twirl the loop around and remove the prostate. Usually this destroys a nerve or two and you can't get erect anymore. You might also become incontinent because the two sets of muscles that close the bladder might be destroyed while removing the prostate. Then your bladder will just drain and you have to wear a collection device. If you like 24 hour a day water sports it might be amusing, otherwise it's a real bother. Dehydration and all that.

My advice, keep your prostate intact under all circunstances (except concer of it) Cut off your balls, mutilate your cock, do whatever you want with those parts of your anatomy, but don't mess with your prostate.
