My kids would say Duh!!!!!!!! You know, I want to first thank all who commented on what I wrote on Saturday. I have never in my life met any group of people who are so loving caring and accepting of one another. someday we need to all get together and meet and talk and sho off and just be with one another.Now on to the subject. I say Duh becasue I think there are docs that will do a castration if we know how to find them. Here is what I found and find.
First look for urologists in large hospitals. I went to University Hospital and the Cleveland Clinic. both are known for their different views on alot of issues. They are intrested in YOUR welfare and how we feel as people. Second was to find a Doctor who you feel comfortable, one who you can talk to even if you are a bit embarrased. I was red in the face when I had to pull down my pants! Find a YOUNG Dr. These young Docs ar not so judging and more oft want to help you. Third , there are transgender specialists at most major Hospitals and some will do a castration as a seperate operation. YOu may have to pay for this but again if you look you may find.
Doctors have heard it all so don't lie! I went and made up this big story, but in the end it all came outthat it was me who did the injections. It had to come out. I had to help the docs figure out how to help my body. So don't lie.
Fourth... You are the customer, your paying so dont be afraid of them as we all seem to be. Try and buy what you want! Again Im lucky for I found 3 Docs who wanted to help me save my life and they did. I even went to a female Doc and she was wonderful also. So I really think they are out there. We just have to set up a planj, have a goal and then go slowly. No MD is going to see you at 10:00 am and operate by 12:00 pm. Be well, Scottie
