I'm going to put these links again. Things can go wrong and you can die.
Those of use who warn against self-surgery have seen the aftermath of problems and mistakes.
These five posts have five newspaper articles and reports about a "cutter" and a (now Eunuch) session that went bad. The aftermath and court cases that occurred in my area (Western PA) with a cutter.
The cutter took the person to the hospital and made sure the person was safe.
The judge was lenient and understanding in this case... but don't count on that. "Practicing medicine without a license" and "harming another by doing negligent things" are still crimes.
Please, use a doctor and a hospital or clinic,
You can find these by searching Lenhart or McKeesport. One is a person and the other is a small town southeast of Pittsburgh.

I understand why you've posted such things. Unfortunately the archive has been hijacked by the wanker crowd lately and they just don't give a ****.

Re: a real case of a castration gone wrong
Some of us have been castrated by non medical people and had not any trouble afterwards. Some who have used a urologist have had much greater problems and had to be hospitalized. Surgery by a competent and licensed surgeon was not available to me 18 years ago. Sadly I was working in a hospital at the time and they would not even discuss the possibility.
