I am asking for orchiectomy because I hate my masculinity, particularly my involuntary sexual urges and androgenic hair. I wish to be castrated mostly because I wish not to have any involuntary sexual urges. I wish not to have any sexual feelings unless I willfully choose to. When I was younger I had many female friends whom I dearly loved. I have not had any friendships like this since before I was 15 years old, because I am frightened of having unwished-for sexual urges when I am with a friend. I often wish to have friendships with women like I did when I was younger. I also hope that castration will mitigate the intensity of my anxious (sometimes wrathful) reactions to things that upset me. I have had this wish for many years now.
I know that I hate the masculinity of my body now and I think now that I will feel better without sex hormones. However, I know that it is possible that I may feel worse without sex hormones. In that case, my thought would be to add a small quantity of feminine hormones (possibly and/or a small quantity of masculine hormones). I do not wish to be fully feminine or to have any involuntary sexual urges, but I think I have read that some eunuchs have found that small dose estrogen is effective to alleviate adverse effects without causing femininity or sexuality. It is hard to find good information on this possibility though. Can someone who has experience of this tell me if I am right about this?
Progesterone is another possibility.
I have asked medics for antiandrogens beginning about three years ago and they have refused saying it is too complicated medically. I am thinking it might be simpler to have orchiectomy and then supplement sex hormones if the effects are too much for me. Does this make sense?
possible hormones after orchiectomy

Re: possible hormones after orchiectomy
You may need first have a chemical castration trial. That would give you an idea of how is living without T. Once your testicles have been removed they won´t back again.
Personally I´m closer to be chemical castrated and some weeks ago I added a small dose of oral estradiol. Being on antiandrogens for several months have led me to be more and more sure that an orchidectomy is what I want.
