New transgender surgery video

In this MtF Transgender video from Baylor Univ. the surgeons clamp the penis near the stump and cut completely through it, except for some skin. I was actually shocked when I saw and gulped! It's at the 8:57 minute mark of the video. You see the surgeon cutting through the penis and exposing the corpus spongisum and cavernosums. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ULlxCeQTnsY

I don't see them trying to fashion a clitoris at all. It looks as though they stuff the glans up inside the person without attaching it to anything. Tell me if that's what you see.

Well, this appears to be a really old video, probably at least 25 to 30 years ago. I am surprise that if it is more recent why he decided to release it. I do not believe this is is now considered an acceptable procedure. I suspect that cosmetically the results were excellent but physiologically a disaster. Really pretty crude. There now are some really excellent procedures done that incorporate the urethra into the neo-vaginal wall that appear to work well. I have to admit this surgery by Lipshultz is rather shocking, I wonder if Baylor approves or even knows it is online.
