Yep, seems much the same.

Pretty much every culture across the world has a history of people that society deems "male" living in the female role. It's basically just a matter of how the culture views them and how they're recognized.

I watched a youtube video claiming that in some parts of India and nepal Has been aproved that official Identification recognize a third gender: neutral.

I knew about Hijras and I had heard about Its recognition by society but I was not sure about Its legal acceptance

A fine example of how not-binary we are in sex and gender. Quite the inspiration when it comes to those who work so hard for acceptance, and enjoyment of life.

It seemed that these folk might add body mods but one stated that nothing had been removed. The hijra seem to differ? Do eunuchs have locations where they are more accepted, like the waria?
