Just wondering if these meds along with trt will help someone who is a eunuch maintain an erection etc? I know I have heard a lot about sexual desire dying etc. after castration just wondering if with help it is possible

I always enjoyed smoking an Arturo Fuente "Churchill" with a young Airman. A good cigar and some single malt scotch and his company did cause a stiffening effect.
