hot flashes again why?

Hi all ive been a eunuch now for 21 months and things have been great as many of you know I love it and even more after I had my scrotum removed my problem now is the hot flashes had almost stopped but then over the past month they have come back with vengeance between 10 to 15 a day at the moment has anyone got any ideas I have changed nothing I just want them to go away again

They can be a persistent and sometimes episodic problem for months and sometimes years after castration, even for guys using HRT. I have been without for 13 years, using HRT, and I will still occasionally have a heat flush. Comes with the territory.
