Man, This ones a tough one soo many I can possibly recall but by far my favourite genderqueer character growing up as a kid was "HIM" aka His Infernal Majesty from the powerpuff girls.
Every wekend id wake up an turn the tube to cartoon network (back when it was good) to watch what a cartoon series.
Even the "red guy" from Cow and chicken was very very queer tehe.
Likewise the voice of starscream(80's transformers) ,Commander Cobra(80's Gi-Joe) sounded a bit off don't ya think?
